This policy sets out what you may and may not do when using GoBaoPay. It applies to all sellers and anyone acting on their behalf.
You may not use GoBaoPay to:
- Create payment requests for illegal goods or services, including counterfeit goods, controlled substances, weapons, or anything prohibited in either your jurisdiction or your buyer's.
- Misrepresent the amount, description, or purpose of a payment request, or create requests unrelated to a genuine sale of goods or services.
- Launder money, structure transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or facilitate any transaction on behalf of a sanctioned individual, entity, or country.
- Impersonate another business or individual, or use a business name you are not authorized to use.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service, including probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or resell access to the Service.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications ("spam") using payment request links generated by GoBaoPay.
- Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it for other users.
Your responsibility for buyer relationships
You are responsible for the legitimacy of every payment request you create and for your relationship with the buyer, including delivering what was paid for and resolving disputes directly and in good faith.
Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, as described in our Terms of Service. Where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity, we may report it to the relevant authorities or payment providers.
